Prime Minister Narendra Modi today invited all citizens across India to contribute their thoughts, ideas, and suggestions for his address from the ramparts of the Red Fort on the upcoming 79th Independence Day.
In a message shared on X, PM Modi said, “As we approach this year's Independence Day, I look forward to hearing from my fellow Indians! What themes or ideas would you like to see reflected in this year’s Independence Day speech?”
The Prime Minister encouraged people to share their suggestions on the Open Forums available on MyGov and the NaMo App.
Ideas submitted by citizens may be incorporated into the official speech to be delivered on August 15, 2025, marking a direct participatory approach to the historic occasion.
