The India Pulse Newsletter for November 3, 2025 is live on our Substack.  In this edition, we cover President Droupadi Murmu’s address to the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly on its silver jubilee, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla’s remarks on India’s democratic appeal at the Bharat Chamber’s 125th anniversary, and Bihar election and assembly bye-elections seizures surpassing Rs. 100 crore.

The edition also highlights the India-EU Free Trade Agreement (FTA) talks gaining momentum with the EU delegation in New Delhi, Minister Jitin Prasada’s visit to Romania to establish a pathway for 30,000 skilled Indian workers, and the fourth round of India–New Zealand FTA negotiations in Auckland.

Additionally, India Post Payments Bank (IPPB) and Employees’ Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO) signed an MoU to deliver digital life certificates at citizens’ doorsteps. Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia lauded Indo-French cooperation in the Northeast, inaugurated the NEST cluster along with Rs. 635 crore worth of projects in Assam, while Minister Mansukh Mandaviya to lead a delegation to Doha to strengthen collaboration in social development.
