The November 12, 2025 edition of India Pulse captured decisive governance, economic ambition, and expanding global partnerships. 

The Union Cabinet condemned the Red Fort blast, reaffirming its zero-tolerance policy toward terrorism. Major economic approvals included a ₹20,000 crore credit guarantee scheme and a ₹25,060 crore Export Promotion Mission to boost India’s trade ecosystem. 

The government also rationalized royalty rates for critical minerals vital to the green energy transition. 

On the international front, President Droupadi Murmu’s visits to Angola and Botswana advanced India’s Africa outreach. 

Other updates featured the Indian Navy’s new recruitment centre at Karwar, the Navy Chief’s US visit for maritime cooperation, DRI’s gold seizure in Mumbai, a 10% surge in textile exports across 111 nations, and Sikkim hosting the 13th International Tourism Mart.
