Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar participated in a grand appointment letter distribution ceremony at Bapu Sabhagar, where 21,391 newly recruited constables received their official joining letters.
Addressing the gathering, CM Nitish Kumar extended his heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to the new police recruits.
He expressed confidence that all newly appointed personnel would serve with dedication and integrity, thereby strengthening law and order across the state.
The Chief Minister emphasized that the increased police force would help ensure a safer and more secure environment for the people of Bihar.
Massive Police Recruitment Drive Underway
CM Kumar also revealed that the state government has created over 2.29 lakh new posts in the police department to accelerate the recruitment process. He assured that all sanctioned positions will be filled by the end of this year, offering substantial employment opportunities for the youth of Bihar and enhancing the overall strength of the Bihar Police.
This large-scale recruitment initiative is part of the government's ongoing efforts to improve public safety and generate jobs for the state’s youth.
