On November 11, 2025, Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s Bhutan visit combined firm leadership with friendship diplomacy. 

During day one of his two-day trip, he sent a strong message to the masterminds behind the Delhi blast, reaffirming India’s zero-tolerance stance on terrorism. 

The Prime Minister also celebrated the 70th birthday of His Majesty the Fourth King of Bhutan, announced new cooperation initiatives, and thanked Bhutan for its solidarity after the Delhi tragedy — reinforcing New Delhi’s deep bond with Thimphu built on trust, compassion, and shared progress.
