The November 11, 2025 edition of India Pulse captured a dynamic day in policy, environment, and democracy. 

India championed the cause of climate equity and justice at CoP30, unveiled a nine-point NCR air quality action plan, and announced Rs. 100 crore for biomass-based green hydrogen pilots. Bihar made electoral history with a 66.91% voter turnout — the highest since 1951. 

The edition also covers President Droupadi Murmu schedule to confer the first Jal Sanchay Jan Bhagidari awards, Amit Shah’s renewed resolve to track down those behind the Delhi blast, and Rajnath Singh’s push for indigenous defence technologies. 

Other highlights included the CDS praising Operation Sindoor as a model of modern warfare and UIDAI’s behavioural insights for children’s Aadhaar updates.
