The weekend of November 22–23, 2025 marked a defining moment for India’s global footprint as Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a commanding presence at the first-ever Africa-hosted G20 Summit in Johannesburg. 

He called for a transformational approach to critical technologies, tabled a six-point agenda for a fair and inclusive global future, joined the historic IBSA Leaders’ Meeting, finalized the ACITI (Australia–Canada–India Technology & Innovation) Partnership, and met key world leaders on the sidelines to strengthen bilateral cooperation.
