PM Modi To Inaugurate Development Projects In Kerala And Tamil Nadu

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will visit Kerala and Tamil Nadu on March 11, 2026.

In Kerala, he will inaugurate, dedicate to the nation, lay the foundation stone and flag off multiple developmental projects worth around 10,800 crore rupees in Ernakulum at 1:30 in the afternoon. PM Modi will also address the gathering during the programme.

Later in Tamil Nadu, the Prime Minister will inaugurate, dedicate to the nation and lay the foundation stone for multiple development projects worth about 5,650 crore rupees in Tiruchirappalli. He will also address the public on the occasion.

PM Modi Addresses Post-Budget Webinar On Growth

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed the Post-Budget Webinar on the theme “Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas – Fulfilling Aspirations of People” through video conferencing.

Several breakout sessions were held across sectors such as education and skilling, health and Ministry of AYUSH, and tourism and hospitality.

Key discussions focused on strengthening education-to-employment linkages, developing the AVGC sector, promoting Buddhist circuits in North-East India, and boosting heritage tourism.

The Post-Budget Webinar aims to foster collaboration among the government, industry and experts to translate Union Budget policies into practical and actionable strategies for inclusive growth.

PM Modi said tourism and culture generate significant new job opportunities and drive overall development across India.

He further emphasised that India is continuously connecting education with employment and enterprise to build an innovation-driven economy.

PM Modi Congratulates RSP Leaders After Nepal Poll Success

Prime Minister Narendra Modi congratulated Chairman of the Rastriya Swatantra Party, Rabi Lamichhane and senior leader of the RSP, Balendra Shah on their electoral victories and the RSP’s resounding success in the Nepal elections.

In his telephone conversations with them, PM Modi conveyed his best wishes for their forthcoming new Government and India’s commitment to work with them for mutual prosperity, progress and well-being of the two countries.

The Prime Minister expressed confidence that with joint endeavours, India and Nepal relations will scale new heights in the years ahead.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi shared an article written by Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan.

The article states that India’s development narrative is shifting from women’s development to women-led development. It highlights that with rising participation in STEM, research and innovation, Nari Shakti is powering the journey towards Viksit Bharat.

Prime Minister Highlighting Values Of Determination, Composure And Confidence

Prime Minister Narendra Modi said that by winning the T20 Cricket World Cup, Team India has demonstrated that the combination of determination, composure and self-confidence is the key to success in life.

He noted that this victory also shows that with hard work in the right direction, every goal can be achieved.

The Prime Minister shared a Sanskrit verse-

“अभीप्सां स्वात्मनो रक्षाऽविरतं सुस्थिरं तया। यत्नमातिष्ठ धैर्येण ततः सिद्धिर्भवेद् ध्रुवम्।।”

The verse conveys that anyone who seeks progress in life must strive with persistence and determination. Persistent hard work, combined with patience, will surely pave the way to success.
