Chief Minister Omar Abdullah has extended warm greetings to the people of Jammu and Kashmir on the auspicious occasion of Eid-e-Milad-un-Nabi (SAW), commemorating the birth of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him).
In his message, the Chief Minister described the Prophet’s (SAW) life and teachings as a timeless source of guidance, rooted in peace, compassion, equality, and brotherhood. He urged citizens to embody these values and work together to build a harmonious and inclusive society.
“This sacred occasion reminds us of the Prophet’s (SAW) message of kindness, tolerance, and service to humanity. Let us reaffirm our commitment to unity, mutual respect, and shared responsibility,” he said.
Omar Abdullah also prayed for peace, prosperity, and the well-being of all citizens and expressed hope that the occasion would further strengthen the spirit of communal harmony and social cohesion.
